Who's ready for an AMAZING camping experience! Kentuckiana Kampgruond has a TON of family fun right in the heart of Illinois!
Right throughout the season from May to October, families and kids can enjoy activities and amenities the campground have to offer. And there's a lot! Did you ever think campgrounds would have bingo, or flea markets? They have potlucks, and fun evenings scheduled such as "Pickin' In The Holler" and "At The Movies".
Activities include shuffleboards, two boccie ball courts, playgrund equipment, a basketball court, and even a stocked pond for bank fishing! How many do you think you can catch in a day!
For those RV loving families, Kantuckina Kampground have a range of large pull thru sites with lots of shade. These have 50 amp service, water and sewer, each with their own concrete pad and picnic tables. Those families who love a bit of primitive camping can enjoy the secluded tent areas.
Fancy a bit of nature? We hope so - because it's beautiful here! Take the family on a scenic walk through the "holler", or along some of the winding roads. You might even enjoy chatting to some of the seasonal campers (some have even been camping as long as 30 years - pretty amazing!)
Kentuckiana Kampground is well looked after, with landscaped ponds and gardens. All of the buildings and amenties are serviced regularly, and are always lovely and clean - just what you want for the family!
Oh - if you LOVE country music too then you're in for a treat! They LOVE it there!
It's worth noting that the GPS to the address isn't always accurate.
From Bloomington, take Rt 9 W about 10 miles (don't turn right to follow rt 9) - head W towards Rt 122. STay on this heading south. After 10 miles you will arrive in Hopedale. At the state "camping" sign turn right on Hopedale Rd. Head 3 miles north to Kentuckiana Road. There you will see a large red sign on your right. Turn right, and after a mile driving east you'll get to the campground!

HEAPS to do! This RV park has country shows every Saturday night, Halloween events, stocked fishing ponds, fishing derbys, playgrounds, suppers, Bocce Balls, slides....everything you could want!
There is a concession with pizza, ice cream, soda and candy.
There is a dog walk area for those pets on a leash
The campground have Big Rig pull thrus, with full hook ups available. Golf carts to assist you, shady sites, pop up tent sites, restrooms and showers, winter storage, rec halls, and lots of fun!
